ARLINGTON, Texas – The United States Bowls Congress (USBC) has canceled the 2020 Singles and Intercollegiate Team Championships due to COVID-19 public health concerns. The event was scheduled to take place on April 13-18 in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Last week, USBC announced the closure of the ITC / ISC Sectionals. USBC will pay all admission costs to the schools and athletes who registered for the events.

Unfortunately, academic events do not have the flexibility to move back later in the year. ”

The USBC Collegiate Advisory Committee, is composed of representatives from the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), the National Intercollegiate Athletic Association (NAIA), the National College Athletic Association (NJCAA) and the National Bowling Coaches Association Collegiate (NCBCA). the decision to postpone the national competition.
